In addition to omegas, we also use baking soda, peppermint, diluted hydrogen peroxide to maintain our teeth. Our checkups are always good. To take this a step further, we’ve recently added a probiotic toothpaste that I will be making available at the wellness store. If probiotics are good for promoting healthy bacterial balance in the gut, how much more in the mouth where bad bacteria tend to thrive. Keep posted… |
