Another study confirming that higher blood levels of Omega3s promote anti-aging properties. How many studies do we need to see that eating fish or consuming cod liver oil that is mercury and containment free is highly beneficial for more than just heart health.

Japan Study on Dental Health

Another study on benefits of omega3 DHA and oral health from Japan. In addition to omegas, we also use baking soda, peppermint, diluted hydrogen peroxide to maintain our teeth. Our checkups are always good. To take this a step further, we’ve recently added a probiotic toothpaste that I will be making available at the wellness store. If probiotics are good for promoting healthy bacterial balance in the gut, how much more in the mouth where bad bacteria tend to thrive. Keep posted…
